I happened to come across this video of Bernado LaPallo, a 110 yr-old man, from the folks over at BlackLoveandMarriage.com. A great relationship and motivational site, be sure to check them out.
Now back to Bernado who walks every morning, gave his list of top 5 things he eats and which has helped in his living such a long and healthy life. They are garlic, honey, cinnamon, chocolate and olive oil. I need to make sure my cabinet is stocked with these items.
To quote Bernado “you are what you eat.” So let’s continue to eat healthier folks.
