Christmas just got a little more festive. The colorful artist that is CeeLo Green is preparing for the release of a Christmas album called “CeeLo’s Magic Moment.” Expect the quirky-soulful sounds CeeLo is known for, only in a holiday context. He calls it “the real deal, and “a soulful take on a host of Christmas classics” in a recent interview.
Classic tunes such as “Silent Night,” “The Christmas Song,” “White Christmas,” “’You’re a Mean One Mr. Grinch
,” and “This Christmas” are to be featured on the Elektra Records album. Guest appearances will include rapper B.o.B and crooner Rod Stewart.
“CeeLo’s Magic Moment” will hit both the digital universe and store racks on October 30.
